What is Symbiyoga?
Symbiyoga is a soul-nourishing Hatha yoga class inspired by the wisdom of nature and the rhythms of the Earth. Each class invites you to return to your true nature by aligning breath, body, and spirit with the five elements:
🌱 Earth – grounding and support
🌊 Water – flow and adaptability
🔥 Fire – transformation and vitality
🌬️ Air – breath and expansion
✨ Space – stillness and presence
Through dynamic intentional movement, breath practices, and guided meditation, and mantras, you’ll gain greater reconnection to the natural world within and around you. Release resistance, and flow with natural law. This is more than a yoga class — it’s a ritual of returning to symbiosis, and thriving with the universe - awakening harmony, vitality, and authenticity within.
